PC Plod embraces the nostrum that my enemy's enemy is my friend, as though the dashing of Hain was synonymous with an overwhelming public outrage at the cruel treatment of Old Bill; mistakenly, he is up his own arse. Few see Plod as a special case other than in his tiresome expressions of self interest and the frequency with which, after criminal wrongdoing, he is permitted to avoid prosecution and retire early on a full pension.

When we see Plod and his worshipful brethren kicking-up fuck about all the innocent people banged-up for decades by bent cops and bent lawyers, about all the deaths and injuries in police cells, all those gunned down by trigger-happy mommasboy psychobastards in fucking baseball caps and when we see the cunt marching against illegal detention of law-abidng citizens then we might worry that his idle, sponging, overpaid, over-pensioned unaccountable career in public service is not entirely as luxurious as he would wish it to be. Worthless fucking prick.

Builders, fishermen, firefighters are all far ahead of the police in numbers killed and injured on duty. You wouldn't think so - a police officer gets his helmet knocked off and its six months on the sick with counselling.

It is only the unpopularity of the vile Brown and his gangster regime which lends some spurious respectability to this demonstration of greed described as principle but considering the longer lasting, more deeply rooted contempt that many - perfectly law-abiding - feel for the police you would do well not to push your luck; so absent, ineffective and invisible are you, yet so expensive to us that few would miss you. You're the detectives; why don't you look into Old Mother Smith? Earn your money. Evenin' all.

And again (presumably, the first comment was meant for deletion):

A policeman's lot is not a happy one

Few see Plod as a special case other than in his tiresome expressions of self interest and the frequency with which, after criminal wrongdoing, he is permitted to avoid prosecution and retire early on a full pension. Or promoted.

You're supposed to be the detectives, why don't you look into Old Mother Smith, instead of coming round here annoying decent fucking cyber-anarchists? Go on, nick some thieving, noncing MP. I dare you. Evenin' all.
