Dale got a lot of traffic from publishing long lists of links to other sites which got him reciprocal traffic. This month Guido will probably beat him.
Guido is averaging something like a third of million visitors a month this year.
Few political blogs get anywhere near the kind of unique visitors that we do - Political Betting, ConservativeHome, Slugger O'Toole, Polling Report are probably the only ones to get in the region of quarter of million unique readers a month.

I have as many as 4 unique visitors a day and sometimes 100 a month!!

IP address and cookies, innit.
Being a lazy sod I read this from work, work site 2, and home, and I have 3 different PCs in the house, each of which could be running a different operating system at any time.
Extrapolating from a sample of 1, your stats are wrong by a large factor. Same as everyone else, though.

October's politically turbulent month was a record for ConservativeHome. The site received 298,834 unique visitors (up 20% on last month's 248,374 and up 75% on last October). There were 697,797 page reloads (up 11% on last month's 626,555 and up 34% on last October).

Mike Smithson of PB has done his stat porn 1.5mill page downloads,PB keeps the betting gang happy,but Guido's plots and conspiracy have slowed down,have you finished your paternity leave yet ?,come on Guido your the only sane blog around,the other blogs all they want to have is debates,the time for debating is past.

Penfold @ 11.39: I assume you are not hypocritical enough to be posting from work (although it is just possible you are posting from overseas).

These figures are all probably wildly over-optimistic. It's just a "my dick is bigger than yours and I can *prove* it" thing.
And if ConHome has 300,000 visitors why is it always the same dreary old couple of dozen who ever comment on anything? Same goes for other blogs, they're like 6th form debating societies.

Obviously you have all the Messagespace ad data Guido - which I don't get to see.
Let me clarify the comment: on Polling Report there are two resources - the blog and the databases. I wouldn't count the database traffic as "blog". Of course - no idea how it breaks down between the two.
But - as you say - you have the data.

Ol' Bluenose has established a reputation as the world's greatest blogger, but this is not borne out by his own effort.
Moderation always on, hours between updates and the vast majority of posts faithfully reflecting the official Tory line.
He is fatally compromised by his desire to become a Tory MP.
